Carpaletunnelsyndroom (CTS)

EMG and ultrasound appear to have comparable sensitivity for detection of CTS and are generally considered equally accurate diagnostic tests.

Of note: there is a lack of cut-off values that correct these sonographic CTS tests in the setting of polyneuropathy.
